Stay Strong: How it Works

Training:

- Personalized strength training delivered through the app

- Programming tailored to your goals and updated as you progress

Fuel:

- Guidance around fueling your workouts and daily nutrition

Recovery:

- Education and guidance around recovery, stress management, and rest

Coaching:

- One 30-minute coaching call per month (Zoom)

- Unlimited in-app messaging for questions, feedback, and guidance

Program Structure

Start Strong is a month-to-month program with a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. This structure allows enough time to build real consistency, develop confidence in the gym, and create habits that last. After the initial 3 months, you’re welcome to continue for as long as you choose. Programming will continue to evolve based on your goals.

Optional Advanced Health Support

For clients who need more individualized support, optional advanced health services are available when appropriate.

This may include lab work, supplement guidance, or customized programming to support medical or metabolic considerations.

Advanced health support is not required for Start Strong and is discussed individually.
