Start Strong is a guided, structured approach to strength training, fueling, and recovery. It’s not a quick-fix challenge or a one-size-fits-all plan—it’s designed to provide clarity, support, and direction as you build confidence and consistency in your training.
Start Strong is a month-to-month program with a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. This structure allows enough time to build real consistency, develop confidence in the gym, and create habits that last. After the initial 3 months, you’re welcome to continue for as long as you choose. Programming will continue to evolve based on your goals.
